Prize Giving 

Event prize giving will be held on Saturday at the event base, see times below for each course. Merit prizes will be awarded to 1st Male / Female in each Age Category and spot prizes will also be given away at random to those people attending prize giving.

We would love as many of you as possible to join us for this, so grab a drink from the bar and celebrate our fastest Hillbillies and a great day out had by all!

22km Run / Walk Prize Giving - 4:30pm

42.2km Marathon & 60km Ultramarathon - 8:00pm

There will be prizes awarded to:

• 1st in each age category (both male and female)

  • Under 18 - Half-cooked Hillbillies (22km event only)

  • 18 to 39 – High-flying Hillbilly

  • 40 to 49 – Hearty Hillbilly

  • 50 to 59 – Hard-core Hillbilly

  • 60+ - Hero Hillbilly

Also up for grabs is the all-important ‘Steve Neary Spirit Award’. Which will be awarded to someone who shows special character, grit and/or support for their fellow trail runner out there in someway on event day!

All finishers will receive a unique finishers medal.
